Power
What it draws, and how long it runs.
600 W of solar and a 100 Ah / 25.6 V battery (2.56 kWh). Assuming 90% of the pack is usable and 75% system efficiency: about 15 hours at idle, about 4 hours at full speed, and a good solar day harvests roughly 1.8 kWh.
Idle, ready to answer
Library, search, maps, Clerk OS and the mesh network stay up at the lowest draw, so the machine can sit ready for as long as possible. Target
Full speed, only when thinking
The hardware opens up to its fastest mode only while the AI is actually processing an answer, then drops straight back to idle. Target
What “target” means here.
Every figure on this page is a design target for the Mark 1 production run, not a measurement from a finished machine. The prototype is complete and the first run is 1,000 units. Before any balance is due we publish the measured figures — hours of search and AI per day, under stated sunlight and battery assumptions — along with the final specification. If a number moves, you will see it before you pay, and the €99 reservation stays refundable until you accept that offer.
